Job Descriptions :

Candidate with 6+ years of experience
·
Atleast 3 end to end implementations
· Also
we need strong experience on Payroll (India or International), OM, PA, Time.
· Any
experience on ESS/MSS or PMS.
·
Experience on any E-talent Modules like E-Recruitment, LSO, Travel etc.
·
Experience in handling team.
· Responsible
for preparing Functional Spec (FS), Documentation and HCM Business Process.
·
Ability to configuring the system based on the client requirements.
·
Serve as liaison between business customers and systems areas.
·
Ability to Deliver the Project Independently.
· SAP
Certification is an added advantage.
· Must
have good documentation skills and should be able to work in global
environment.
